This website is run by Gabriel Siemionek trading as Nearside Digital. These terms cover your use of the website. They are not the agreement for our services: clients get a separate written agreement before any work starts.

Information on this site

We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it’s general information, not advice for your specific business. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We’re not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. We may change our prices, but any change for an existing client follows the notice terms in their agreement.

No guaranteed results

Google and other platforms decide where businesses appear. We describe the work we do and the results our clients have had, but we don’t guarantee any particular ranking, number of enquiries or return on ad spend.

Our liability

We’re not liable for any loss arising from use of this website, except where the law doesn’t allow us to exclude it, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
